Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. Each item is made to order based on your specific requirements, making it unique and one-of-a-kind. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter any manufacturing or print quality issues, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Reason for Return: Returns are only accepted if there are manufacturing defects or print quality issues. We do not accept returns for any other reasons.
  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@flashyfox.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
  • Approval: Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Personalized and customized products that are not defective or damaged.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
